Lebara sim deal 3g only ?

Recently used the MSE blagged 12gb sim only Lebara deal, but I only seem able to get 3g rather then up to 5g
I have a iphone 11, so it worked fine on 5g before any advice ?
I've checked all the settings and they look correct.

ok chatted to their support you have to text 4g to 38885
Not sure if that will also enable 5g ? Time will tell.0 -
4G worked fine straight off for me on android phone0
