CCJ - where to start

So, I looked to be guarantor for my daughter's flat rental, to discover I have a CCJ. I have an Experian score of 999 so didn't have a clue.
In March of 21 I received a letter to my parent's house, from the debt collector DCBL chasing late payment for a parking fine. I replied special delivery that my daughter is the insured driver of the car, at university, and sent them her address. That my father is an oncology patient in chemotherapy, and I do not live at that address since May 2019. My daughter heard nothing, and I heard nothing more. It seems I was taken to court later in 2021 and fined. My parents (in their 80's) are at a loss. Where do I start with this one?

Read the section on CCJ set asides in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
Then read the threads by @Jack5656 and @Brokenchief for worked examples from 2022.
Did you check the special delivery letter was signed for? Have you got that proof? It's not vital so don't worry.
Was it DCB Ltd or DCB Legal you were dealing with? Email them a SAR immediately which should prove they got your letter transferring liability.
What you DON'T do is pay it. But the NEWBIES thread explains all this. You also have to act promptly so can't wait for the SAR reply to come back.
Which parking firm?
What's the date of CCJ?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
