It could mean someone input the wrong meter reading.4 is often used to indicate the night rate on economy 7. Again, that could be an input issue (reading meant for rate 4 but boxes reversed).We could guess a number of things but BG will have the answer.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
