3rd CCBC Claim Form for UKPC

Hi All,

This post is for reference really as this is the 3rd Claim form from the CCBC for UKPC. The first two of which have been successfully defended, and the gauntlet run, thanks to you guys on the forum!

POC:

Issue Date : 12 Sep 2022

PCN Date : 06/08/2018
Parked in breach of T and C's

The usual UKPC Yasmin Mia nonsense

3 occasions where I parked in the car park opposite my work place to unload with permission from the parking attendant, thus overriding any contract on the day. This seems to be the last of the three. We'll see.

As this is the 3rd time my time has been wasted, do I have grounds to counter claim for time lost, expenses and harassment?

Could you not even get it struck out as this is the 3rd claim and they should have been bundled together?
  • Well to be honest I'm having fun running the gauntlet now if I'm honest. We get as far as court date and a week before the witness bundle is due, boom... Notice of discontinuance. I'm more annoyed for the courts as this is a complete waste of their time. I want a day in court to see them explain themselves.

With a Claim Issue Date of 12th September, you have until Monday 3rd October to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 17th October 2022 to file your Defence.
That's nearly four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
