A fraudulent Revolute account has been set up using my details, they have attempted to transfer money from my current account. I do not and never have had an account with Revolute, I cannot contact them because when I try they say my email account and phone number is already registered (with the scammers) how can I get them to cancel this account and hopefully investigate ?

How did the scammer get your phone number? Maybe someone you know?0 -
Contact your bank and let them know of the issue. You may suffer some short term inconvenience but in the long term you are protecting your money and yourself. It may also help get Revolute to take action if your account has a marker for suspected fraud.May you find your sister soon Helli.

Wonder where they got your photo ID. I closed my account with them because they kept asking for photo ID.
They ask for ID that we do not have in the UK also, national identity card and citizenship cards etc.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...1 -
Have you had any luck taking this further with Revolut? This same thing has happened with my partner - someone’s opened a business account with them under his name. We aren’t getting very far, they don’t have phone numbers you have to email them. My partner has been in contact with their complaints team and data protection officer via email but the process is very slow.
