Any change of a link to the listing? It seems an odd thing to highlight in the particulars - it might make more sense if they're pointing out a pre-existing breach.JonMitchell said:

Sorry, I tried to go to Rightmove and it seems the listing had been removed and disappeared. Maybe the estate agent had taken it off, though usually it should be SSTC in case it comes back to the market.user1977 said:
