Feel the magic as you and your loved ones could be off to the 'North Pole' this Christmas as we have a ride on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride to be won. We'll treat you and your family, of up to four people, to a wonderful journey, starting from Birmingham Moor Street station, experiencing all the festive fun. The train ride will include refreshments and even a visit from Santa and a special gift of the magical bell.
We'll also treat you to another ride on one of Vintage Trains' services, The Shakespeare Express. You'll get to enjoy a day out in Stratford Upon Avon with return train travel, complete with a Full English Breakfast on your outbound morning journey and Afternoon Tea on your return trip. Once in Stratford Upon Avon, you'll get to enjoy a visit to the Butterfly Farm, a 30-minute river cruise with Avon Boating and a three-course lunch with two rounds of drinks at The Coach House.

1. The win with Vintage Trains promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Tuesday 20th September 2022 to Monday 3rd October 2022 on Heart West Midlands, Smooth West Midlands and Classic FM. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Vintage Trains Limited.2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:

To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at www.heart.co.uk, smoothradio.com/ or classicfm.com/, register your details and submit an answer to the multiple choice question provided.4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Tuesday 20th September 2022 and close at 23:59 on Monday 3rd October 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Within 10 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or telephone. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.
6. We and our Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, and your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
7. In relation to winners (and runners-up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. 8. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.

Prize:
10. One winning entrant will receive a Polar Express ride in the carriage for four people, a trip on the Shakespeare Express for four people from Birmingham to Stratford Upon Avon with activities in Stratford Upon Avon and £250.
11. Full terms and conditions of each prize part are below:
11.1 The Polar Express with Vintage Trains
- The winner will receive a Polar Express ride for a family of up to four people. This can be 2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult & 3 children. Child ages are 3 - 16. Infants are under 3 and will sit on an adult's lap so not taking seat.
- The ticket will be a Pullmann class Polar Express ticket and will be for use up to the end of December 2023 on running dates. These are from 26th November to 23rd December in the year 2022. 2023 dates are yet to be announced
- The ticket will allow the winner to take the Polar Express to the "North Pole" and return on the days the train is running across November or December 2022 or 2023
- Approximate departure and arrival times are as follows Birmingham Moor Street 14:45 returning at 15:45. Birmingham Moor Street 16:35 returning at 17:35. Birmingham Moor Street 18:25 returning at 19:35. Birmingham Moor Street 20:15 returning at 21:15. Please check website for exact times as these are subject to change
- During the train ride Santa will arrive in the carriage and the winner will receive a magical sleigh bell. On board the train they will also be serving hot chocolate and cookies as part of the experience and ticket
- The ticket must be used to pre-book the seats on the train via the website and will be subject to availability
11.2 Shakespeare Express with Vintage Trains
- The winner will receive four Pullmann dining and travel tickets to take the Shakespeare Express steam train from Birmingham to Stratford Upon Avon. This can be 2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult & 3 children. Child ages are 3 - 16. Infants are under 3 and will sit on an adult's lap so not taking seat.
- The prize can be taken between February and October 2023
- The train will leave Birmingham Moor Street at 10:05 and arrive at Stratford Upon Avon 11:05 on all available dates
- These timings will give the winner and guests approximately 5 hours to spend in Stratford Upon Avon before the return train journey. Return travel will be at 16.00 but is subject to change. Please check the website for accurate departure times. These will be available upon booking your seats. The timings listed are subject to the current train schedule
- During the journey, the winner and guests will receive a Full English Breakfast on the morning journey out, and an Afternoon Tea on the return journey. This is part of the ticket
- The Shakespeare Express tickets will be valid for use with Vintage Trains until the 31st October 2023 and will be subject to availability
- Seats must be pre-booked via the website11.3 The activities for the day out in Stratford Upon Avon include:

A family ticket for four people to Stratford Butterfly Farm

A 30-minute river boat cruise on the Avon with Avon Boating for up to four people
This is valid until 31 October 2023 and will be subject to availability
The winner will need to check the website for weather advice before travelling as bad weather can close the river and the boathouse
The river cruise will be given in the form of a voucher that will need to be redeemed in advance of the visit - Booking will need to be made by phone by calling the number on the voucher that will be provided and quoting a reference number
Lunch at The Coach House
The winner and up to three guests will receive lunch with 2 rounds of drinks at The Coach House Stratford Upon Avon
This prize includes a 3-course meal for each person and two rounds of drinks. The two rounds of drinks are on individual drinks only by the glass and include wine and spirits by the glass as well as bottled beers and soft drinks. Bottles of wines and spirits and champagne are excluded.
This must be used by 30th December 2023
The prize is not transferable or used in conjunction with any other promotion

12. We will endeavour to transfer the £250 prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.13. You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.
14. You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and in your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.
15. You acknowledge and agree that without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’). If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 18 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
