So this is my story when covid hit i was a self employed builder, when we was in the lockdown i was unable to work not entitled to furlough nothing i rose alot of rent arrears electric gas council tax etc now then my ex partner left me as a single parent i had to take the kids on which i did claim benefits for my youngest…

Please don't do a DRO until your housing situation is stable (I mean sorted, not that you live in a stable).

It is likely that you will be living somewhere else soon and will leave this place with what we call former tenancy rent arrears. We would want all of that to go into a DRO and tidy the whole thing up.
