Hi, never had any bother before but I'm getting a message "Automatic Repair" your PC did not start correctly, press restart which can sometimes fix the problem. You can also press advanced options to try other options to prepare your PC. I have tried pressing restart twice but to no avail and advanced options is asking me to either use a device or troubleshoot. I am not very good with computers so no idea. Don't have the CD for reinstalling4Windows 10 either. Can anyone help please?

In the search box (bottom left) Type System Restore.
You may have a restore-point that precedes your problem.
Restore takes you back to a time when the system was OK. Worth a try.0 -
Thanks but just a blue screen with above mentioned wording.0

The nuclear option is often the best in these cases !Is there anything on the hard drive you need to keep ?Do you have access to another computer and a 8GB flash drive ?

There's an article about fixing the automatic repair loop here:

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1 -
Had to take it into repair shop. They put in new Hard Drive but luckily saved all my stuff. Thanks for all the above help though.2
