    Post 3 of the NEWBIES thread gives POPLA points.
    Plus the two points above,no creditor and incorrect wording for  keeper liability.

    You have left the POPLA code in your image on
    Previous page and it looks like it is very, very close to running out...

    Regardless of receipt date, I suspect the code time limit has been ticking since 19 August (the date on the rejection letter) which was 32 days ago. You have tonight and tomorrow afternoon, before close of business) to squeeze a POPLA appeal in (POPLA codes actually last for 33 days as they add standard court allowance of 5 days for delivery).

    Here's the method to check the 28-day deadline for your code:

    The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, third post, provides lots of advice and standard appeal points for POPLA - use them, but time doesn't appear to be too friendly towards you as things stand.

    Yep, I tried that too.  So it's a back to the 'long division' method rather than using a calculator to work it out. See what you come up with.

    Day 33 is the final day the Code will work.

    I think you have more time if the rejection email was on the 5/9/22.

    The email starts with;

    Issue date: 19/08/2022

    POPLA Code:********

    But that date is the Date Of Event,so is misleading....

    Yes i think the image does not show the date of email on far right hand side, it is 05/09/22
    The issue date of pcn was 19/08/22.
    I am confused though as the NTK seems correct and reading, not sure what part is incorrect. Is the signage supposed to show the contract between land owner and PPC?
