Received a letter about a debt to BG (first we have heard). Included was a letter from Lowell and that account with BG is now closed. Debt is from 2006 to 2019. We were with Bulb until selling house Sept 2021 from 2019. We were also om a repayment meter that had no debt on the meter. How do I resolve this when BG say I have to deal with Lowell and Lowell are only interested in setting up a payment plan?
Checked out Ombudsman site and they say I have to get a deadlock letter, which I can't as bg won't speak to me?
