Barclays Online Banking-anyone else having issues ?

I use the Physical PINsentry to log on - but last couple of days the display has been distorted, so i cannot complete the final step ( entering last 4 digits of card no ) before putting the card in the PINsentry...
**** its the screen display on my laptop that is distorted, not the PINsentry display******
If i put the card in PINsentry and enter PIN no, it gives me the usual 8 digit code, which i can enter ok, but obviously because i cannot complete the previous step, it does not let me log on.
Have always used physical PINsentry, so i cannot remember " memorable word" etc or even if i have written it down somewhere. so that prevents me using alternative method, and do not have mobile PINsentry set up.
Anyone else having similar issues ? What i need to check is not too urgent so ill give it a couple days then retry.

May I suggest trying an alternative internet browser and see if the issue still exists.1

I don't use PINsentry, but I tried and it looks OK (Firefox):
However, I the window isn't maximized and I make it smaller the image of the card reader on the right overlaps the code field making it impossible to enter the code. Yet another 'improvement' I guess that, typically, only makes things worse.1 -
grumbler - i get that screen ok, but its not showing the "box" where you enter the last 4 digits of card no ( the step before actually putting card into PINsentry )Can you see that "box" on your display ? ( I am using Firefox also )Ta0
