zopa boosted pot matured but no interest

it was a 7 day boosted pot that matured today but the pot was renamed as instant pot and the amount is the same.
Chatting to zopa on the app, they say the interest will be applied on the anniversary day of the account, which means next month.
I can't see this the anywhere on the faq or help, just wondering if others have experienced this ?

The pots don't mature in the same way as fixed terns accounts, they just time out & convert to easy access account. So the pot is the same just different rate & can now access. Therefore you get interest on the monthly anniversary date

Yes. That is right. That's the way Zopa works. The interest on boosted pots is added on the anniversary of account opening. At least that's how it has worked with me no problem
  • The agent on the chat also said the interest will be applied to the primary pot, so guess will have to keep all the other matured pots open just in case.
    thanks

Just in case of what ? What are you concerned about ?
  • When I closed my boosted pot, after notice, the interest was added straight away and added to the funds into my primary pot.

Oh incase the interest gets paid into the matured pot.
Just read wise's post above, so I will do that now
  • Interest was added to the 7/31 days boosted pots on the maturity days for me.The interest in the primary pot is also added each month.
  • Just deleted the matured pots, and can confirm that the outstanding interest was added to the primary pot
