June 21 to June 23 is 2 years.
As for the rest more information needed,
Does it say why it changed? Dig out your current tarrif information and let us know what it is0 -
What do you even mean they changed your account?Your tariff? Your monthly payment?
You mentioning 14 days sounds like a tariff change, but that isn’t time when you’re “unable to access” the account.0 -
I am on a BG 1 year fix for electricity ending June '23. I also received a message 2 days ago stating that my tariff had been changed to SVT. After logging into my account, no such change has taken place, so i suspect this message was a glitch. BG's account and app operation is somewhat flakey at the best of times...No free lunch, and no free laptop

Sounds like someone may have got confused and assumed the message would be applicable to everyone on a fixed tariff...macman said:I am on a BG 1 year fix for electricity ending June '23. I'm on a May 23 one year fix for leccy but no messages from BG . Possibly the unit charge on the June fix is above the EPG value so will be reduced ? My unit rate is slightly below the new cap (altho the S/C is way above )Ultrasonic said:

I'd be very surprised if a June 2021 unit price were higher than the EPG.brewerdave said:

Are BG changing their billing platform like some other companies are? Could it be the OP is getting switched over to a new one and this has stopped access to their present one?Barnsley, South Yorkshire

They did say a 3 year fix in the original post so the price might have been higher but my comment was actually aimed at @macman's post re the June 23 fix.Ultrasonic said:

Early Sunday morning there was a message on there saying they were updating customer accounts so I couldn't log in, they are probably doing lots of updating, I would probably leave it a few days before contacting them as phone lines will be hellish tomorrow0
