Anyone else had the trauma of Chase mislaying sums of large money from their account? The support is absolutely dreadful and am going round in circles. They admit they lost track of a large sum of my savings, but refuse to pay the month's interest whilst it was lost. Have put my case to Resolver and have all the relevant proof. They just say "the team" will sort it but so far it is over a month. So distraught, any suggestions please?

Crikey sorry to hear about your experience with chase , no issues this end but I did drain the a/c a little while back not for the poor customer experience but the interest rate.Hope you get your issue with chase sorted.1

I no longer trust Chase…….just a perception of mine and as a result I have moved the majority of money out of my Chase accounts. Interest rate sucks there now anyway.2

That's how it happened moving savings from Chase to another bank. Took me hours to go through all my transactions.0
