Hello everyone!

Sorry for the radio silence - and thanks for all the good thoughts for my queuing quest. I am sorry to tell you that when the queue was shut yesterday morning due to reaching capacity, BFF and I decided that we couldn't spend the night queuing (was really cold last night) so we abandoned our plans. I think we made the right call as the queue is now 14-17 hours according to the internet. I had so many errands to run today to kit DS2 out for uni - he leaves tomorrow - plus FC and a haircut booked. I have been watching the coverage and agree that it's been fascinating.

Sorry to hear you've been unwell @Gers and agree that flat coke is the best cure.

@TravellingAbuela - I felt like muffin the mule carrying bedding, crockery, knives, an airer and a bathmat back from the town this morning. Hope you DGD settles well x

Went to FC this morning and stayed the same, pleased with that given I've had cake and a meal out for my birthday this past week.

@Coxy11 I've travelled down to DS2 & DDiL to join the queue but we decided against it when it was 24 hours - we went into London to the Royal Parks this afternoon instead.
