Travel Insurance refused to pay as no return tickets

I can understand calls and cameras, however showing documentation that has been requested shouldn't be a problem. This was business travel and we run a paperless business. Therefore in the interests of the environment, data security and accountability to clients do not routinely have documentation in a non-electronic form.
The photo you reference states 'Please put your phone away when speaking with an officer'. That is a request, not a requirement. It is, however, good manners to have the screen turned off unless there is a reason not to and despite my phone being in my hand when passing immigration (I spoke with immigration of 4 countries yesterday, 3 of those by land borders, this was always the case), the screen was turned off.💙💛 💔0 -
