Autosec DCBL CCJ - Have they gone?

Hi, wondered if someone could help me. 

Autosec T/A Auto Security Ltd. 

So I found a CCJ had been given to me in September of last year after checking my credit score. 

The CCJ was given for an unpaid parking fine for me parking in a private car park where I live (literally got the ticket within 24 hours of them starting on the site) ...no parking lines, it's just a free for all and they said I obstructed others which is incorrect. 

I have been receiving letters from DCBL recently which I have not responded to. 

Any how I have now applied to the courts for it to be set aside with evidence I didn't receive the judgement and evidence of the car park and how it is.  but just doing a quick check and it looks like Autosec have tried to strike them self of the companies register but this month it's been rejected as someone must have appealed it happening. 

I'm waiting for the local court now to set a date but does anyone know what happens when they are trying to strike the company off? Would it be best to ring them or just wait until court. Currently I've had no correspondence with Autosec or DCBL. 

Any advise appreciated.

1) No; it's Companies House themselves who are trying to strike off the company due to its failure to submit its Annual Accounts by 30th June 2022.

2) Nothing should happen for at least 3 months if an objection has been raised: -

Ahh okay, thank you. So guess just got to hope for the best in court. Thanks for your reply.

Autosec(Peter del Grosso) sold the “business” to BaySentry solutions in or around March 2021
Send SAR to Autosec - potentially you may not get a reply - almost certainly he is now living in Italy
Send SAR to DCBL to see what they have 
Which car park was in and what date did you get the ticket?
As far as I am aware DCBL have discontinued a number of cases involving Autosec recently
