Utilita are in trouble
Utilita have been served with a provisional order by OFGEM for not following the rules.

Also Utilita's website says their offices are closed, and their phones are off.

It sounds as though they've been failing to help their customers to the extent that Ofgem thinks they should.Ofgem have given Utilita until the end of the month to comply. It will be interesting to see how they respond.

Poor from a company that has so much focus on prepayment. Let's hope they sort it out before the winter.0
