YBS Internet saver plus 11

we have a YBS Internet saver plus v11. The online account shows an interest rate of 1.75%, as its not the latest version I checked their list of rates for withdrawn accounts, which gives 1.6% as the rate. Phoned to enquire why the difference, the net outcome seemed to be "thats interesting, no doubt 1.75% is correct". Asked them to write to confirm that, they say they cant do that.
anyone else seeing the same thing?

I could only see up to Issue 6 under withdrawn accounts!

Courtesy of Google I found an Issue 11 factsheet dated 27:07 showing 1.6%. From memory the top rate increased to 1.75% on 01:09. 

I would tend to assume that the rate shown in the online account is correct but that's no excuse for them not to be showing the correct rates somewhere easily accessible.

IS plus Iss 11 1.6% was old rate, (effective July 2022 in the list); it went to 1.75% >£50k wef 01/09.

If in doubt open iss 12 for the latest rate... 1.75%
