Apologies if this has been covered but I went someway back and couldn't find anything on the forum.
My wife and I opened Help to Save accounts at the same time 4 years ago and have paid £50 in per month since then. As our 4 years are now up my wifes account has been closed and her money refunded with the final bonus as it should be. My account stil is showing as opne and they haven't refunded the money but have paid the final bonus (which the website now say I dont have). Is it OK for me just to manually withdraw the money or will I need to phone them and go through this issue with them?
