Has anyone else failed miserably with this bunch to invest in any of the wonderful savings products they offer? it took an age to set up the account in the first place and they have had my £10K for 3 weeks now during which time I’ve applied for 3 different packages, only to be informed my application has been unsuccessful. I think MSE need to take some responsibility for this seeing as they recommended it and gave a financial incentive to open an account!

For balance, can't say I've had any problems.
Applied for various accounts. Some applications I've cancelled, some I've funded, some I've closed and some have matured. All with no issues (so far, touch wood 😉)
Currently got 4 fixed term accounts on the go.How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 3.24% of current retirement "pot" (as at end December 2025)1 -
Sometimes takes a day or two extra to get funds deposited/withdrawn but otherwise OK.
I only use them for exclusive offers as going direct is usually quicker and more flexible..

I use them as and when, currently have 3 active accounts running never had any major probs over the years.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
