Hi
I have read "Newbies" thread but I am still unsure what to do, specially that now the parking company sent me a letter that they are not represented by Elms Legal and they are representing themselves, and offering lower amount, which is still very high. The Notice Of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track is I think offering mediation, but I really dont know what to do next. Can you please help? Thank you

Did you use the forum Template Defence? If so, you were expecting that form as it's in the 12 steps in the first post of the Template Defence thread. Tells you what to do at this early stage.
Also, just read other VCS threads, here's that standard letter posted about only yesterday:
