DCB Legal - Highview Parking Limited - Judgement - Bankrupt £361.72

Hi,
I have just received a judgement through the post for £361.72 (for a parking fine from several years ago, with no correspondence in at least 2 years.)
I was discharged from Bankruptcy this year.
Prior to the judgement,
1. I received a court letter
2. Upon advice I sent DCB an email with supporting evidence of bankruptcy, on the same day I asked the court for an extension to deal with this.
3. I didnt receive a response from DCB so I logged back into the portal to defend the claim.
4. I could not access the claim so I surmised that DCB had closed the claim.
5. Received a judgement through the post.
Can a) I ask the court to redo the case, b) Take DCB to court for the amount c) Suck it up d) Something else.
Ant advice gratefully received.
Many Thanks.

Did you include it in your bancruptcy?
Your best posting on that board and asking if it would be automatically included....
Although as it now a court judgement doesnt really matter
It will drop of in 6 years of your credit file if you chose not to pay it4 -

Hi, No, This was not included. Although I have had it confirmed that it is not an issue. If I had put it as part of my defense I would have won, my issue is I waited too long for a reply and I now need to know how to deal with it.

Or apply to get it set aside, if you are eligible for free court fees.
May as well, if you qualify for help with fees. I'm not one to let things lie, if it costs you nothing to sort out. Why not be a disruptor. Make them work or discontinue (which they will in the end).
I think it was disingenuous of DCBLegal to seek a damaging CCJ when you'd contacted them to tell them about your bankruptcy. That plus the fact there is always a defence v Highview (easy to defend) should meet Para 13.3 of the CPRs for a discretionary set aside.
How to set aside a CCJ is fully covered in the NEWBIES thread second post already.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you are going to do that, then it must be done promptly, i.e. next week.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
