Ocean Parking PCN - drop off Metrolink

I’d like some advice please. I parked in a drop off zone (my fault, I didn’t see the markings on the ground and was in a rush) and received a PCN on my wind screen.
This was at Whitefield Metrolink stop, Bury which is managed by Ocean Parking.

From looking at the signage there is no mention of parking in the drop off zone. The only section I could see it being covered in is ‘unauthorised use of a parking space’.
On the PCN it states the issue reason is ‘parking in no parking area’
Again, there is no mention of ‘drop off zone and what the restrictions are.
Does anyone have experience of similar fines and what the best way of proceeding is. TIA
