Claim form/ county court

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can guide me. I was recently passed a letter from a friend by DCB legal regarding a parking fine back in 2017, as I do not live at this address anymore.  The fine states that I have parked on private land, however this address is the company I worked at at the time. As I have not lived at the address stated on this letter for over 4 years. I haven’t received any letters regarding this fine. Can anyone guide or help me with what I need to do please?

    Hello and welcome.

If you have received a County Court Claim Form, what is the Issue Date on it and who is the Claimant?

Oh... and there is no fine.

Even if it's just s letter from DCB Legal (e.g. a Letter before Claim) you MUST NOT ignore it because you must urgently email them to tell them your new address, and to erase the old one immediately so no CCJ occurs behind your back.

You should have informed the thug parking firm when you moved!  Never leave them with an old address.

Obviously you won't be paying what we and MPs would call an 'outrageous scam' parking charge. but you will know that already from reading the second post of 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' (top of this board).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
