Still a deafening silence from Octopus
I'm going to try phoning today but so frustrated that I can't get an answer from them - "email us" they say - but nothing at all coming back... 0 -
I phoned them. All sorted. Lady on the other end of the phone was lovely and apologised for the delay in responding...I must have just dropped off the screen for the email inbox...1
