  • I did file a complaint but the complaint person said as I had phoned up to finalise the switch  that the terms were not met so she could not give me the points.It is only a few points. :/

    The company does not know what they are doing as i also complained via their twitter page I received an email from their red points team with a code to redeem for  20,000 points today. :)

    i think i need to investigate twitter just to try and resolve my issue. live chat, after waiting hours for a reply just told to ring CS. secure message headed COMPLAINT, phone CS after the 14 day wait period - that already ended.

    phoned CS and its like pulling teeth getting the right dept/person. finally got someone who said they "would email the right dept and they would phone me". i told them to ensure they phoned my landline - to be fair they phoned back in under 2 hours - to my mobile, so missed call and now on my 2nd wait back to CS as the 1st one wasn't picked up after an hour and i'm up to 50 mins now and going to have to hang again.

    did anyone ever actually get an activation email/code? having tried again CS say the offer is showing that it should be active, one CS even gave me a "redemption code" but with nowhere to enter it, another said try a spend and see what happens.
  • An activation email for the 25% cashback on groceries and fuel? Never got the email but the offer showed in the cashback section of the app two days after my switch completed.

    yea. hearing this all the time from users, my problem is CS trying to do everything other than somehow find a way to apply the promo to my account.

    hi. i wonder what the format was of this "code". i'm trying to get the 25% cashback offer added to my account and getting nowhere. the closest i got was one CS agent saying the offer was on my account i just had to enter the code, which she then gave me. but nowhere to add it. the code format was ABCDE12345 - i wonder if this is a 20,000 points code?

    Mine was a combination of numbers and figures.Go onto the Virgin red app on phone, click on accounts tab down the bottom right of page , then click on promo codes and enter it there

    not sure which of my many calls and contacts with their CS got it sorted but my 25% incentive has finally appeared today. i had given up and was about to send an official complaint today.
