Although there may be better ways of saying it, you need to make it clear that the vehicle was removed from the car park, not that the driver just simply wandered off.
    Fair point.  Done.

That's due to the fact that a number of permits were borrowed by visitors, but never returned, thus creating a shortage of said permits.
Remove the above (better to blame the parking firm, not the public, because supply of permits is always the PPC's remit).

You need to add an extra couple of paragraphs (ALL will need a number):

    - The car only briefly remained in a bay for a few minutes, merely as long as it took for the Defendant to discover there were no permits, abandon the plan to shop, then return to the car and leave (without accepting any parking terms). The Claimant failed to allow a suitable consideration period which is a clear breach of the Trade Body Code of Practice.

    - Further, given this was a manned car park and permits are supplied by the Claimant, the ticketer would/should have known that the permits had run out.  Rather than lurk and issue predatory PCNs, the employee's focus should have been to report the problem (because a lack of permits rendered the permit term null and void) and arrange for more permits to be supplied to the shop for their customers' use.  The Defendant was set up to fall and this is not only a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but it is also exactly the sort of 'concealed pitfall or trap' that the Supreme Court Judges in ParkingEye v Beavis held would have been unfair, penal and unenforceable.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Got it.
I have a question regarding template in the newbies section. Top left corner of the page says 'IN THE COUNTY COURT'. Should I leave it as it is, or should I change it to reflect full name of the court house I got the N1 form from, in my case 'County Court Business Centre'?

You didn't get the N1 claim form from a courthouse, you got it from a business centre, an office, a clearing house for court claims.

The case will be heard in a county court of your choosing.
