    At this stage I am certainly not convinced I owe them anything.
    Even if that's not correct and they are due a few quid, there's no way I'm paying over £650 on the basis of that ridiculously incorrect statement of account. Making the reasonable assumption that they don't reply to my emails, my plan is to write to their registered address, and we'll take it from there.
