Hi

I've just received my price review from Smartest Energy and gas is going from 5.9p per KWh to 28.7p per KWh. Obviously this price increase is extremely shocking. I know the government have said they are going to help somehow next week but I wondered whether it was worth going for a fixed deal of 25p per KWh with EDF energy now or waiting until next week. Obviously EDF are saying to lock in now as could go up more but still seems such a massive amount to pay.

What is everyone else doing?
