Belated thanks to Martin for prompting me to fix with Octopus in September 2021. Although my payments went up, they were fixed for 24 months at the price cap applicable at the time which, for us, was about £1600 PA. Add the £400 rebate and the additional winter fuel payment for over 65s and we are feeling quite smug. At the moment. I know it will all change but this is welcome respite.
