Fitting a wall mounted towel rail to pipes in floor

Hi All
I want to put a towel rail into our bathroom, but we just have the two copper pipes in the floor at the moment. Can I a towel rail like this? Will the pipes connect?

Yes but you'll need different valves at the bottom. Those connect to the wall, you'll need straight valves. If these don't exist then it'll be extremely difficult.
You might need to adjust the pipe positions depending on the width/position of the new towel rail compared to the old.0 -

Is the radiator Arezzo? You want the valves and radiator brand to match ideally.0 -

I will point out that if heat output is important metal plating a radiator will drop output significantly from an enamel painted one. Also, a ladder rail with more horizontal tubes will have higher output.0
