Virgin Mobile New Contract Frustration

Hi all, I recently switched from 3 over to Virgin Mobile, signed up for a new phone and a three year contract but the main part was that as advertised they offer an eSim. Annoyingly, after receiving my phone and fully changing over from 3 and doing what they say to call up and switch over to the eSim I'm told that they no longer do eSims and that there website is wrong.
Where an earth am I supposed to go from here? If I cancel I lose the new phone, contract and I'm in limbo with no no mobile phone contract.

    If Virgin no longer offers eSIMs, ask Virgin to send you a physical SIM instead.
