Sorry peeps I know this site is only for private parking firms but just wanted to seek some clarity about the discount time. I read on this site that if a camera issues pcn via post then the reduced rate should specify 21 days and not 14? I got issued pcn on 02/09/22 and received it on the 12/09/22 so not giving me much time. Is that a valid ground to appeal? Oh the contravention is code 52m.
