ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to mainland UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Tuesday 13 September 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Tuesday 4 October 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of a year of travel with megabus up to £1,000 for the winner and one (1) companion, and Love2shop gift card.

(i) A year of travel with megabus up to £1,000

This element of the prize consists of tickets to travel with megabus worth up to £1,000 (one thousand pounds) each for the winner (“Winner Allowance”) and up to one (1) companion (“Companion Allowance”) (together the “Allowance”) for twelve (12) months from the first month following winner contact (“Validity Period”). Please note that the winner may have a different companion for each travel however, the Companion Allowance will remain the same (i.e. £1,000 in total).

The winner must contact the prize provider’s customer service to book their travel at least 72h prior the date of departure. The winner may choose their seat(s) as well as their departure and destination cities (subject to availability). In the event that the value of the last travel exceeds the remaining Allowance, the winner must pay any costs above such remaining Allowance.

The value of any monetary balance of the Allowance may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. Please note that the winner cannot use the Companion Allowance and that once the Winner Allowance is spent, the winner will not be able to use the remaining Companion Allowance if there is any. Any remaining Allowance at the end of the Validity Period will be lost and no cash exchange will be offered.

Upon booking their travel(s), the winner will be subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, which can be viewed at https://uk.megabus.com/conditions.

(ii) A Love2shop gift card

This element of the prize consists of an e-gift card to spend in participating Love2shop stores online at https://www.love2shopdigital.co.uk/ worth £500 (five hundred pounds) (the ‘giftcard’). The value of any monetary balance of the giftcard may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The giftcard must be used by within twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

Use of the giftcard is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, Love2Shop, which can be viewed here. Please note that each retailer has their own terms, conditions and exclusions. Due to the current issues surrounding Covid-19, the winner should ensure that the retailer their intend to use their gifcard to purchase from is operational.
