Parcelforce - email to sent VAT exemption certificate?

Not sure if this is the right section to ask.
Anyway, is anybody aware of an email where to sent a VAT exemption certificate like the one UPS has with ukpostclear@ups.com?

Don't you send it to the shipper who then adds it to the customs paperwork prior to despatch?0
