Apple complaints contact details

Can anyone provide an email and physical address to formally complain to Apple.They want it to be done over the phone but I'm getting nowhere and there's no written record.Thanks in advance.

There is a chat option for repairs.

Depends what the complaint is slightly, hardware, services, retail purchase.

It's a formal complaint about their refusal to fix a faulty iPhone and watch

Did you buy it from Apple, your rights are with the retailer not the manufacturer? If it is more than six months old then you need to prove it is a manufacturing fault and was there from day one.
But yes there are no contact details other than phone available, although if you bought in a physical store you could go back in store.
