April King Legal

I took legal advice but it seemed it was going to cost me more to pay another solicitor than pay April King the fee to retrieve the wills, which I've now done. They are now lodged free of charge with a proper solicitor rather than this shower who I would recommend no one uses.0

The solicitor I took advice from checked the registration of the original solicitor I thought I'd used at April KIng but they appeared not to be registered also there appeared to be a number of companies with similar names that no longer appeared to operate. The whole thing appears a murky disgrace.Malthusian said:Make a formal complaint to the solicitor if you haven't already, and if they don't cough up the Will and a partial refund within eight weeks, take the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.
Apparently April King Legal is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority but their individual solicitors are. Presumably the regulatory details and SRA number of the solicitor you used should be on their correspondence0
