Travelling to Spain without booster

Hi, I hope someone can help. Me and my wife are travelling to Majorca next week. We never got boosters.
I have antigen tests from Chronomics, which I believe will be able to provide a certificate within 20 mins of a test being done, and I need to do this within 24 hours of travelling.
If I'm reading it right, I need to complete the SpTH form. However, there are two forms listed below.
I've been reading the following site. It says a negative AIDT is equivalent to DCC, but is an Antigen the same as a AIDT.

Just a tad confused; I'm fine filling forms in and doing what's needed but I want to make sure I get it right.
Cheers
