I am unexpectedly leaving my privately-rented property, how do I get out of broadband payments?

Absolutely zero unless there happens to be relevant paragraph in the contract you agreed to.

Otherwise I am afraid this is the risk you take if you agree a contract that extends beyond any security of tenure.

You could ask them if they will suspend it for a while, if you don't ask you don't get.
