you will all be pleased the Saga has now been sorted out!!
I decided to send another email this time saying : as I have not received any response to
three emails and so with this in mind, if I do not receive any response after three working days this time I will raise a Complaint. That was at 11am. At 9pm a very nice young man from
Oak North rang - needless to say (without boring you) it all got sorted in a matter of
minutes. The only reason given was "a very high demand of calls" (I wonder why?)
Anyway sincere thanks to everyone for their posts.
At least he rang after Bake Off
