Dashcam expert required..

If anyone has a profound knowledge of dashcam or technology I would really appreciate some guidance. My ideal unit would have the following spec..

Front and rear cameras. 
WiFi with easy to navigate app
No screen, I prefer discretion. 
Remote live viewing with data sim
GPS with live tracking 
Parking mode with motion sensor 
Alarm notifications direct to phone
No monthly subscription fees

BlackVue has one but not only is the unit expensive then you have to subscribe from $10.99 for 1GB data. I've searched everywhere and I can't find a model that has all the above spec where I can insert a Giffgaff data sim. I'm hoping someone can help me before I go mad with dashcamitis.

I have a blackvue front and rear camera system, I don’t subscribe to the cloud I just download any footage to my phone,

Have a look at Halfords hdc400, not a bad little unit for £39 and you can buy the rear view as an optional extra if you need it.

There is a website with forums called Dashcam Talk that run through a lot of Dashcam features and the forums offer help regarding setting them up.
