Civil Enforcement Limited - Court case tomorrow - Claimant sent WS after 4pm deadline.

Hi all,
We received notification that our case will be fast-tracked to the court (late last week) and deadline for filing the paperwork was 4pm today. We sent our WS to the court and the Claimant at 3.30pm today (we only saw the email late as we returned from email), but in time for the deadline.
CEL filed their paperwork at 4.45pm (we were cc'd into the email to the court). It seems they picked it up when we sent our document (we were worried they would file last minute and we would miss the deadline). Is there anything we should raise tomorrow during the case in relation to this?
Thanks

Is there anything we should raise tomorrow during the case in relation to this? You could mention it as a 'Preliminary' at the start of the case, but the court doesn't work on stopwatch timings. It's no showstopper that's for sure. I'd leave it alone and get on with the real job - defending yourself, not looking for loopholes. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
