Hello,
Im having my home surveyed but a chartered surveyor on wednesday. This is my first sale and first home valuation and im just wondering how I should prepare.
In terms of my house its in good shape the only issues some paint jobs. Theres a few areas with marks on the walls in my house which are quite noticeable as I have white paint. Do you think I should get this paint jobs resolved before the valuation? They will definitely be resolved before viewings but just wondering should they be resovled before valuation.
There is no structural damage literallly just paint jobs.
Appreciate a fast reply from someone

Doesn't matter, trivial decorative points aren't going to make any difference to the value.1
