Unfortunately, to the energy supplier in question.1

You complain to the supplier in question then after 8 weeks (or if you get sent a deadlock letter) you can go to the Ombudsman.2

Specifically, the Energy Ombudsman. No free lunch, and no free laptop

It might depend on what the actual issue is. If you are able to explain the problem then people may on here may be able to offer advice that will get things sorted quicker. As Stewie says you have to wait the eight weeks with your supplier, but you will then be looking at many months for a decision from the Ombudsman at the moment.RomfordNavy said:As Ofgem do not take complaints from the public who should one complaint to about a problem with their energy supplier?0
