Hi
Does anyone know for definite if someone did a DRO, do NW need to know this information, if yes, can the said person keep this basic flex open throughout that year? Until discharge. Thanks in advance⭐️

It seems to depend on what the Court decided. I don't know by what means a bank will be informed of a DRO.

I opened the Basic NW account with a DRO and was opened easily.1

I had a DRO in 2014 and shortly after opened a flex basic account with no issues. Kept it for the year and then I applied online for a flex account (standard account) and was accepted just three months after discharge. Then upgraded to flex plus and had it ever since1
