No, over £5,000 it has to go to the high court... £600 is the minimum for a high court. Between £600-£5,000 you have a choice of the two courts.Debbo1 said:

If you know his bank account details and know he is in credit this could be effective but it is rarely used.He has not responded. The court has issued a CCJ. I have now spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get advice on this without success. Have completed the N349 form to instigate a 3rd party debt order however there is no address to send this to or advice on how to pay a fee. The CCJ does not list an attached court and just says Online Money Claims Court. Waited an hour on their phone line without response.
The online court is Northmpton (if it's CCBCC. If it's CCMCC it is Salford)
If you know he has assets then high court enforcement is the one to try0
