Witness statement from my wife where should I include it?
Even though I spent probably around 20h on all the research and writings to the court, is this something I can include at the £19 per hour?
I plan on taking my wife to the hearing as a witness should I include those 95 pounds for her as well?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I sent separate emails to both court and solicitor. Hope its not a problem, sorry my mistake.
The date is coming up should I expect any correspondence prior to attending the hearing?
Anything else I should be aware?
Thanks

Hello
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST
Happy to share easy win in court yesterday.
Judge made the point that unloading or stopping the car for a moment does not constitute parking therefore claimant could not prove the infraction.
'Defendant did a good research and presented the Jopson v Homeguard case which although it is not binding it was relevant to the defendants case.' said the judge.(unfortunately cant remember judge's name).
Claimant tried to point out that defendants rental agreement did not secure the 'right of way' pointed out by judge Harris in Jopson v homeguard. But Judge dismisses this asking if claimant was trying to imply that defendant although not mentioned on rental A. did not have a right of way to their building of residence.
Judge basically made my point to the claimant that this was obviously a not a parked car but a stopped car for the act of unloading goods. Judge asked me if that was my defence I said yes and Judge proceeded to pressure the claimant to prove the ridiculous notion that a car stopped for 3 minutes with people inside it constitutes parking.
Overall Judge was sympathetic with my defence and ruled in my favour.
Regarding costs she did not award me what I asked for and only asked me about costs to get there parking and lost wages. 100 pounds total. I felt a bit pressured and feel I should have asked for more at least for my wife's lost wages. But I felt like I should not aggravate Judge.
My witness statement was not received by the court but the Claimants solicitor (after I denied having a conversation prior to the hearing) printed my witness statement and provided it to the Judge on the spot.(this was surprising)
Judge proceeded to read it briefly and defended my point.
Thank you all for your help what you guys do here is frontline justice for regular people. THANKS5
