- Sri Lanka - 1st February. 25 days. Visiting, Hikkaduwa, Unawatuna, Mirissa, Kandy, Sigiriya, Colombo. I will budget £3000 for the 25 days Backpacking.
- Marmaris, Turkey - 5th June . 7 days. This will be expensive as paying for my support staff hours and hotel with two single supplements. £4000 - all inclusive.
Istanbul, Turkey - September - 7 days. Much cheaper as going as will just me myself and doing it on a budget- £2000 including hotel and. flights
- Mexico - November - 25 days - Backpacking around, nice beaches and chilled out places. budget - £3000

I have already been to Sri Lanka and Marmaris this year so am familiar with these places so this time around I won't be as anxious.

Any advice with these plans?

Your budgets are far more than is necessary.

I would agree that those budgets are more than I would spend, but if they can be afforded then why not? presumably these costs include business class flights otherwise I don't see how you can spend over £1000 a week backpacking in cheap countries.

Personally, I haven't thought about 2023 yet but I haven't been outside of Europe since pre-COVID so I fancy at least one long haul trip. Top of the list would probably be Vietnam to do some of the places I missed out on my previous two visits.

I don't particularly need the support. I just like the company.

If you have someone in place to take on your finances will they allow you to go away alone. Surely if you have someone controlling your finances they will be concerned about you going abroad.
